OOC GUILD FOR ITEM SHARING ?

The mods confirmed on the questions page that communal item sharing can be an option per a guild leader's discretion, so long as an item is tradeable.
In line with that, a few players have brought up the idea of having a public guild just for item sharing - for crafting materials, healing items, food, and any any other craftable item. This isn't foolproof, we could very well have characters take advantage of this and rob the supplyhouse blind if whoever the guild leader(s) are keep everything 100% open.
This post is to gauge:
1) Are you the player OOCly interested in a guild like this starting up?
2) Is your character ICly willing to participate, or to start a guild like this? What kind of things would they be willing to contribute?
3) Are there concerns that you have about how this would work - either questions for the other players or for the mods?
This may be a little too adventurous of a project who knows BUT I wanted to give us an OOC space to talk about it since healing items especially will be a hot commodity.
