Levi Blake, better known for his online moniker L3V147H4N in reference to the famous sea creature, is a huge shut-in IRL with a lot of self-esteem issues. He tends to be gloomy and awkward when forced into most social situations, but he really comes out of his shell when he's in his element. What is his element? Anything otaku or game-related! He's a massive nerd for these things and has no filter for geeking out about them- he'll talk your ear off about incomprehensibly niche hobby things if you don't stop him.
He loves chatting about his interests online and he tends to be very hardcore about anything he does because he has nothing but time on his hands. Maybe you've seen him on forums or social media? He's been trying to grow his streaming channel to go full-time someday!
OH YEAH, and if your character is in the Cali area and are a fellow otaku, Levi does go to local cons and meetups so they can know each other from that.

He'll be going pretty hard on progressing his account, so he'd be a good player to learn the ropes of MMOs from. Assuming you can put up all the cringe, that is.
